ROBERTO COIN JEWELLERY WINS TOP HONORS AT PLATINUM DESIGN AWARDS

Roberto Coin jewellery has a distinctive identity as it stands out for the subtle and artistic use of the ruby.
Indeed all Roberto Coin jewellery is signed off by setting a small ruby on the inside in a discrete position
allowing direct contact with the skin. According to an ancient Egyptian belief wearing a ruby close to the
skin promotes a long and healthy life. This is the Roberto Coin’s secret wish to every woman who wears
and loves his creations. Roberto Coin won top honors at the recently concluded Platinum Design Awards in
Switzerland organized by the Platinum Guild International (PGI).

Roberto Coin topped the Trends category in the awards with its Animalier collection - a platinum sea
turtle. The awards received a total of 36 entries including creations from top international jewellery brands
displaying striking platinum jewellery designs. The competition was judged by over 30 international
journalists. PGI UK managing director Ruth Donaldson presented the winners with their awards.

The Roberto Coin Animalier collection captures the spirit and energy of the wild. Roberto Coin has always
taken inspiration from nature and animals like elephants, giraffes, cobras and lots more to create this
stunning and unique collection. Using diamonds and precious gemstones, platinum, three-color gold and
enamel, with occasional appearances by other materials like onyx and tiger's eye, the collection is full of
vibrancy, sparkle, and organic earthy inspiration.

Founded in 1977 in Vicenza - the city of Gold - Roberto Coin jewellery bears the name of its founder. Initially
the company designed and produced fine jewellery for prestigious international brands. In 1996, the Roberto
Coin brand was launched and achieved rapid and extraordinary success becoming a recognized case
history in the Jewellery Industry.
