Silah CEO Appointed to Platinum Circle Advisory Board


Joseph Tawfik Joins Other Prestigious Global Business Leaders on the Board

Manama, Bahrain and Singapore: Joseph Tawfik, Chief Executive Officer of Silah Gulf (Silah),
a multi-award winning contact centre and business process outsourcing (BPO) provider
headquartered in Bahrain, has been appointed to the Advisory Board of Platinum Circle,
a private business group of global and national corporations, each with annual revenues
exceeding USD100 million.

A published author and well known commentator on the BPO industry around the world,
Tawfik is an ideal candidate for the Platinum Circle’s Advisory Board. With over 25 years of
experience in every facet of the industry, from consultancy to sales to operations and
strategic development for some of the largest organisations in Australia, Europe, and the
Middle East, Tawfik will provide a new perspective to the Platinum Circle’ s global initiatives.
