management, today announced more than 800 delegates participated in LifeSpace
Expo 2011, a strategic platform to showcase solutions for sustainable development
and cost reduction through green concepts.
The day-long event in Dubai witnessed a series of demonstrations and discussions
on new products and industry trends.
Attended by a gathering of regional partners, systems integrators, consultants,
architects, interior designers, contractors and dealers, LifeSpace Expo 2011
provided a sneak preview of Schneider Electric’s Sumpholux lighting controls that
suit any building, location, budget or a unique application. The energy efficient and
cost saving system received high commendation from industry professionals. In
addition, the Mita cable management systems for low voltage products were also
well received by the participants.
Special stations for demonstration at the expo provided first-hand experience of
several Schneider Electric products and services. A model hotel and residential
room demonstrated the high level of security that the Pelco range of cameras
provides. LifeSpace’s new Pieno wiring accessories and Pieno range of switches
were also on display.
Addressing the dynamic trends of the industry, the conference topics focused on
energy efficiency, green building and Energy University, which is the e-learning
website that provides the latest information and professional training on new
concepts and best practices adopted by Schneider Electric.
