Simon Finianos is the new Service Manager for India, Africa and
the Near and Middle East of Brückner Servtec, Germany. He is the
successor of Josef Haslinger who changed to the sister company
Brückner Maschinenbau earlier this year.
Finianos, who is an automation engineer, has many years of experience
in technical service, in particular in the converting industry. At his
previous position he worked as technical sales and service engineer
at an automation company in Lebanon. Customers were well-known
converters of the plastic and printing industry. During his time there,
Finianos was mainly responsible for customers in the MENA region.
Before that, he was employed as electrical maintenance and project
engineer at a leading converting company in Lebanon.
Finianos’s technical background and expertise from the converting
industry is the perfect basis for understanding Brückner Servtec’s
customers and their needs.
Excellent support for Indian film manufacturers
At the Indian subcontinent, Simon Finianos will work closely with the
Brückner subsidiary Brueckner Machinery and Service India Pvt. Ltd.
which is managed by Shrikrishna Amlekar. The company is located
close to Pune and provides all kinds of services for film manufacturers:
Mechanical, electrical and process engineers are available for
commissioning, service and upgrades. Another service is professional
TDO clip and chain refurbishment. Additionally, the joint venture
Brueckner Seebach Filter Solutions India manufactures filter elements
for film stretching lines at the same site.
