The Dubai Municipality Umm Suqeim Centre will offer a new range of services of the Planning Department as part of the Municipality's keenness to provide the best services to the customers. The Centre will be receiving requests from customers throughout the official working hours from 7:30am to 2:30pm.
"In the context of our desire to simplify the procedures the Centre has started providing customers new services of the Planning Department through single window system. The services include request for addition of plots, request for division of plots as per approved plan specifications and request for changing the use of villa for service activity only in authorized areas and according to the standards and service activities approved for these areas.
Eng. Dawood Al Hajiri, Director of Planning Department said that the purpose of the transfer of these services is to adopt the principle of decentralization of work and to facilitate the Municipality customers with the provision of multiple channels to offer services through them.
Instead of receiving those services in the main building of the municipality customers can now approach the Umm Suqeim Centre during the official working hours from 7:30am to 2:30pm. For more information public can call 04-3233276 or at the DM Call Centre's toll-free number 800900.
