Sanitaryware Limited, the total bathroom solutions provider and the third
biggest player in the Indian Sanitarywere products has achieved yet again
impressive growth with a figure of
Rs. 111.38 Cr. being 52% smart increase in top line and Rs. 11.03 Cr. being 44% increase in Profit After Tax (PAT) for the second quarter of 2012-13 ended September 30th, 2012.

Despite
the market vagaries, the Company has been able to sustain the margins for
company’s products. The EBIDTA for the Quarter II of FY 2012-13 has reached to
a encouraging figure of Rs. 20.09 Crores; a rise of 43.19% when compared with
same period of for the year 2011.
According
to results, Cera in the first half of the current financial year has achieved a
net sales income of Rs 201.89 Cr. compared to net sales income of Rs 137.93 Cr.
for the first of half of 2011-12.
Commenting
on the encouraging results, Chairman of the company Mr. Vikram Somany said that
the rate at which company is growing, achieving Top Line of Rs. 500 Cr. for the
FY 2012-13 looks fairly within the reach.
Mr.
Somany further said that CERA has launched an array of elegant range of HD
digital wall and vitrified tiles with matching floor tiles. The company is also
offering the normal vitrified tiles with nano technology.
With
the new launches, ‘CERA’ has laid the groundwork for a quantum leap in growth
in the coming years. The new offerings are expected to add substantial revenues
to the company.
